Initial Access

After subscribing, you will receive an email containing the following information:

• A link to the RemotaSafe platform.
• Your company name.
• Your username (login).
• A temporary password.

First Login

Logging into RemotaSafe is a two-step process. Follow these instructions using the information provided in your welcome email:

1. Navigate to the provided link.
2. Step One: Enter your Company Name.
3. Step Two:
   • Enter your Username and Password.
   • Two-Factor Authentication or OpenID may be required if configured during account setup.

Security recommendation

After your first login, we strongly recommend creating a strong password containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
